In response to the growing demand to have a central view of all repair and maintenance activity and history at the touch of a button, FSN has made its myFSN customer web portal available as an independent software product for its customers. As such, myFSN can now manage the service work for any customer-designated group of contractors as a central work order management system and give the customer full visibility to all activities across multiple trades in real-time.

FSN will use its systems to automatically dispatch any assigned contractor with clear communication about the nature of the service call and the response time and spending limits needed as defined by the customer. Then by leveraging FSN's IVR system called TARA (Technician Automated Contractor Assistant), service contractors update the web site and provide real-time information to the customer about each service call. All quoted work is standardized into a simple format and delivered online to speed the review and approval process.

The result is a centralized facilities work order management system that leverages FSN's best-in-class technology solutions for each customer to use at a fraction of the cost other pure-play software vendors charge in the marketplace.
