What Is FUSION HQ?
FUSION HQ is a scaled down version of FSN's patent-pending approach to facilities management that matches much of what other industry providers sell into the marketplace today.
The services provided by FUSION HQ include a number of proprietary approaches to facilities management as well as those commonly available by industry alternatives that bundle call center services and software to manage facilities maintenance. The services provided include:
- Inbound receipt of all service calls
- Dispatch of service work to local labor resources
- Establishment of an estimated time of arrival (ETA) within service level expectations
- Communication of ETA to store manager
- Validation of time-in by local labor within established ETA
- Validation of time-out by local labor
- Collection and processing of local invoices
- Satisfaction surveys
- Use of the Fusion technology platform to augment services via:
- Electronic dispatch technologies
- Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems for time-in and time-out
- Electronic quoting of service work
- Electronic invoice submission by local labor resource
