Why should
I consider using First Service Networks for my business?
The fundamental business proposition underlying First Service
Networks is the belief that in order to maximize efficiency and
profitability, each business - regardless of its industry or audience
- must focus on its core competency, and not on the "support services"
that enable the business to function on a day-to-day basis.
First Service Networks undertakes the management of non-strategic
"support services" so that you and your team can focus on what
you do best - manufacturing and merchandising your products and
services.
The combination of First Service Networks'
people, processes, experience and technology is unmatched in the
facilities industry. From initiation of a service request to the
repair's competition to its billing to its place in a business
review, First Service Networks will manage your repair and maintenance
demands with a precision and quality unavailable anywhere else.
How can I find
out if First Service Networks has Service Contractors in my area?
Trust us... we do. First Service Networks has Service Contractors
in all 50 states, as well as throughout Canada and Puerto Rico
- a total of more than 25,000 Service Technicians at present.
For more detail on where within a given state our Service Contractors
reside, you can call us at 1.800.453.5353 and speak to any of
our Customer Service Representatives.
How do you
select your service providers?
In an effort to bring only the most skilled Service Contractors
into the First Service Networks fold, we utilize sophisticated
screening tools (including legal, insurance, and credit checks),
as well as a scoring system that allows us to build an objective
assessment of the contractor.
How do
you monitor your service providers' work?
Through field auditing and inspections, we are able to provide
Service Contractors with guidelines and procedures to insure the
level of quality we require. Regular surveys are conducted for
key customers in order to further measure the performance of our
Service Contractors.

How is the First
Service Networks' internet model going to help my business?
By combining over 36 years of service industry success with the
latest release of Siebel technology, First Service Networks has
built a proprietary system that streamlines the entire process
of initiating, tracking, and completing both the maintenance and
installation needs inherent to multi-unit site management. Some
of the actual step-by-step improvements:
- Enable Customers to initiate service
calls online
- Allow customers to enter as much or
as little information on-line at their convenience
- Enable First Service Networks to instantly
route service calls to our network of Service Contractors
- Eliminate First Service Networks'
phone calls/busy signals/voicemail bottlenecks as we dispatch
the problem to the service contractor
- Eliminate the Service Contractor bottlenecks
in dispatching calls to field technicians
- Enable both First Service Networks
and our Customers to constantly monitor service call status
- in "real time":
- Service Contractor receipt of job
order
- Service Contractor ETA at site
- Service Contractor arrival at site
(ATA)
- Completion of job/status
- Service Contractor departure from
site
- Invoice details
- Identify potential "no shows" or "late
shows" due to schedule changes
- Allow First Service Networks to constantly
monitor and correspond with every person involved in getting
your site back up and running - instantaneously and simultaneously.
- Provide you the option of always knowing
the status of any job - current or past just a few keystrokes
and clicks of your mouse!

How would we place
a service call?
As a First Service Networks Customer, you or members of your team
will have the choice of placing a service call by telephone, fax,
e-mail or on-line. Should you prefer to initiate a service call
by telephone, there is always be a First Service Networks Customer
Service Representative available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
to take your call. We will take your information and immediately
put it into our Internet-based system, which will instantaneously
notify the Service Contractor in your area of your need.
If I'm interested
in utilizing your On-Call Services and not your Preventive Maintenance
Service, will First Service Networks still help me?
Absolutely. While we strongly believe that a regular preventive
maintenance program will save our Customers money and keep their
stores running at full capacity a greater percentage of the time,
we also realize that preventive maintenance doesn't fit into every
organization's business plan. We will work with you in any way
that meets your business needs.
Do you have
your own call center?

365 days a year by First Service Networks employees. We ensure
that the first person interfacing with our customers is hired,
managed and trained by First Service Networks leaders.
Do
you have references I might contact?
Yes, there are numerous First Service Networks customers with
whom we would be happy to put you into direct contact. In order
that we can direct you to the most appropriate references, please
provide us with your contact information as well as information
about your requirements by sending an email to sales@firstservicenetworks.com.
