As President, Michael is responsible for running the company and leads the implementation of First Service Networks’ corporate strategy throughout the organization's varied operating divisions.
Michael's career spans more than three decades in senior leadership roles in a variety of service-based industries, working in the field, corporate and international departments of various multi-national corporations including Hobart Corporation and GE Healthcare. Michael's experience fostering a corporate culture of innovation and customer ownership has served him well throughout the creation and implementation of First Service Networks’ Fusion™ approach, which fosters the level of strategic business and customer intimacy required to reduce facilities management costs while maintaining service levels.
